The first room before upgrade. RM 907 was inadequate as I had no cold water from wash basin. I complained but the plumber who came up said it needed a plumber but didn't organise until I complained again. After upgrade which was 9 days everything was good. Staff are excellent but very few speak English.

Very clean, modern hotel. Good variety of food for the buffet breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the city where the bar is also situated. Very handy for shopping at the Mariscal across the street.

Stayed here many times before. Personnel at the Hotel always friendly and go out of their way to help. Location the best, across the street from a major shopping center. Many money exchange houses nearby. Breakfast has improved since my last visit and it was good. Only complaints as before, the sliding glass doors in every closet in every room need to be replaced and a little bettter water pressure in the shower. Otherwise perfect.

Great situation in the city. Rooms are clean and beds comfy. Would give 5 stars but the bathroom is a bit small for 2 people. Otherwise it's a great option in Asuncion

Nice hotel overall, great staff, room is comfortable and the roof top is great. Only complaint is the maintenance of the bathroom, it just needed some touch ups to look 100%. Looked like it hadn't received any maintenance in a while. Everything worked perfectly, but cosmetically could be improved. not a big deal, just a comment. Would recommend overall!

Hotel is clean, nice looking, breakfast is served on the rooftop which is fun. There is a mall across the street. Parking is easy. Easy to circulate by car around the hotel.

The hotel staffs forgot to give me VIP access discount twice. But over all, it was a nice stay. We enjoyed breakfast and pool.

Great location and great service

Stunning hotel in lovely neighborhood

We wanted to choose a hotel in Asuncion that was going to be more than just a place to lay our heads and instead be a place we’d also enjoy spending time in. We were so happy we chose the Hub Hotel. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable. The perfect place to come back and relax in between our explorations. And our private terrace was larger than many hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. It really was a wonderful stay.

The staff was wonderful very helpful, the room was clean but was disappointed that no trash can was provided in the room. The bathroom could use some towel racks and maybe an extra shelf under the sink to store toiletries.
