The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. We waited in the lobby area for 15 to 20 minutes and no one came so I went back to reception and the staff member had forgotten what I was waiting for. I asked him if someone was coming and he said for??? Then I said to use the tennis courts then he replied oh yes you need to go to the activities desk outside and asked him where it’s located. Pointed outside and we headed to the desk only to be told that the tennis courts were booked out for the day. Staff during the buffet breakfast were excellent especially Pesamino. Rooms were great and everything was clean and in good working condition. Overall would stay again

The whole experience was a delight. Staff were lovely and super helpful. The gym was very good compared to most hotel gyms! The pools and beach were gorgeous. We had an extremely relaxing time and will definitely be back. Great value!

We had a very lovely stay. Clean room and friendly staff. The reception area, food and bar area was spacious, and having the beach outside your door was a bonus. My only gripe was the quality of some of the meals, however being close to the city and having other eating places to choose from was a bonus.

We stayed in the 3-Bedroom Cove villa at Taumeasina and had a wonderful experience overall. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The amenities were good, and the property itself is beautiful and relaxing. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant and the outstanding service we received. A special mention goes to Pesamino, who took great care of us during several meals. He was friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The only issue we encountered was with the bedding arrangements in the two guest bedrooms (not the master bedroom, which had a proper king bed). The guest rooms were advertised as having king beds, but the beds were actually made up of two twin beds pushed together. During the night, the beds would often separate, leaving a gap in the middle or shifting off the bed base, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. This was disappointing, as we were expecting true king beds based on the room description. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable overall. The accommodations were spacious, the amenities were good, and the service was attentive. We appreciate the hospitality provided during our visit.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great . The main pool is being renovated, i was a bit disappointed. But The resort is in a stunningly beautiful location. Our ocean view room was okey, but there weren’t enough shelves for clothes, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. I missed the mosquito net, we couldn’t left open the sliding door.

Too much maintenance work and main pool was closed … so paid money just to look at people working and making a lot of noise

No complaints about the room and resort but definitely an issue with service and staff. Had dinner there a couple of times and we had to wait around for a while to get served. We had to go find someone to help take our orders.

The staff were amazing from reception, dinner, breakfast and housemaids. The room was beautiful except some areas where the bathroom door pealing from the bottom and streak marks across the kitchenette. But it was an amazing experience. Thank you

All staff were exceptionally helpful and the team planned activities at the resort each day free of cost which gave us more insight into the culture in Samoa. The resort itself was very relaxing and had great facilities.

The gym was quite well equiped however there was really no place to do yoga or stretch, especially when busy. The room was well sized with a good layout. There are 2 pools - both very close to the dining/bar area - suggest during meal times that one pool is for children and 1 for adults. The manager - Nathan I believe - made a point to speak to his customers and certainly knew his staff well. A great choice to stay in when in Apia.
