Room was large and clean. The pool area and beach always clean and lounges always available. If you have a mobility issue this may not be the property for you. The staff are helpful.

No hot water. No wash cloths. Food we ordered was not really that good. Staff was really nice though. Resort is nice. Just need to fix a few simple things. We will not go back. Good food and hot water are important

Way too expensive for what you get

We had a great family holiday at the Coconut Court. The location was beautiful and the staff really friendly. Particular shout out to the head of security who was always chatting with guests, making people feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend it.

Everything was really nice with a funny anomaly. There is a coffee maker in the room as promised in the listing, but the listing fails to state that coffee is not provided. (After mentioning to the manager, he provided some coffee & tea and said they planned to add coffee to the amenities.)

The staff was excellent. We had four persons to take a single bed into two twin beds. A bit long time checking in and out. The big surprise was that we where on third floor without elevators. Otherwise a beautifull place.

The room was spotless. The staff were friendly and the hotel had many activities for guests.

Clean room, great shady spot on the beach and no needing to fight for lounge chairs!

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean and fresh. No elevator to take luggage to the room. It was noisy at night from traffic taxi horns and music nearby.

The first room offered to us was down a dark alley and smelled musty. We were told there were no other rooms available but after 40 minutes were given another room which was up 15 stairs and no elevator. The room had a dirty spread and the trash was not emptied. The bellman broke the handle on our luggage and they had to try to fix it. Our keys did not work twice and each time we had to walk back to the front desk. They refused to give any monetary concessions as a result because these multiple inconveniences. Would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

We had a great experience at coconut court, only thing was the beach there is very rocky so pack water shoes, other than that it was excellent.

Nice room, beautiful beach. We did have a real problem checking in. We arrived early in the morning with many others from a cruise ship and were told to wait until 4 to check-in. By 2, everyone waiting except use had a room. At 4 we were told, our room was not ready. We asked to speak with the manager at about 4:20 and only then were we given our room.
