the room i had was ground floor garden view, the gardens were nice sitting on patio having a beer was relax full, the room itself was bigger than usual had a tv but channels were very limited we actually never watched it after first time. bathroom was also big bath and shower few personal items ,storage for clothes was fine just shelves little hanging space, room was clean ,now it does need a bit of tlc, shower screen needs a good cleaning house keeping can take up to 5 o'clock to clean room sometimes forgot clean towels stairs to upstairs apartment are wooden can hear people coming and going, overall it passes for 3 star hotel room, just make sure if you don't like stairs ask for ground floor, the room they first gave us was on third floor no lift, they change us next day after we told them

We had a pool view room on the ground floor which had a full size bathroom including shower and bath. The bedroom was of a good size with tv only BBC news available for English speakers. Not a smart tv but not an issue as we brought our own firestick. We opted for half board which included buffet breakfast and evening meal plenty of choice. The private beach is perfect for sunbathing plus the hotel offers water sports and boat trips free of charge. The hotel is a little run down but during our stay we saw a number of improvements being made to rooms and facilities. Compared to other hotels in the area it is good value for money allowing you to enjoy the best of Mauritius.

Great cusyomer service. A nice beach in the property.

Property was very good for a family. We took 2 separate rooms. Staff were accommodating to give us rooms adjacent to each other. Rooms were spacious. Good restaurant in the property and breakfast was included. Though lunch was a bit expensive. Has a private beach and some activities included in the price which was a plus. The only negative which needs to be taken care of is that the toilet has no door to separate it from the bathroom or from the bedroom also. While this may have been done keeping honeymoon couples in mind it does create foul smell in the room as there is no exhaust.

There are a few things that is great of the hotel. The sea front area, the restaurant. The furniture and buildings need some attention and is very dated.

Great location

Not sure if it was part of our package but they had a lot of complimentary activities, waterski etc. We will be coming back.

Although the garden room was spacious, there was no door to enter the bathroom and toilet which is very odd as you could see directly into the bathroom and toilet from the bed which for us becomes a lack of privacy issue. The bathroom could also have been a lot cleaner. There was a unpleasant smell too of the drainage.we found there ants everywhere, eventually the cleaner gave us some spray to kill bugs.

After reading the previous reviews about this hotel I wasn't expecting much. But actually, I was blown away by the hotel. We had a beautiful room that opened onto a small swimming pool that was shared with 5 or 6 other rooms. The garden areas are really well cared for. The hotel has its own but of private beach. The breakfast buffet was of a really high calibre. We are in the restaurant on two evenings, and the food was amazing. The hotel has its own boat service where they will take you out for snorkel trips, or water skiing. Twice a week they have a glass bottom boat. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and if I return to Mauritius, would stay there again.

Lovely location. The rooms and facilities are run down, need a lot of refurb and maintenance. Staff need better customer service skills.
