Standard room, King bed, kitchenette... really clean, beds were very comfortable, nice toiletries provided. I would definitely stay here again and would confidently recommend this hotel to any friends or family who need a place to stay in the city!

Well equipped and clean rooms.

No hot water in the shower and they did not want to compensate. Clean and very nice. Staff very professional and welcoming. Delicious breakfast for very low price.

Nearly everything was great - room, decor, amenities, staff, breakfast, parking availability, etc. My only complaint was that the floor of the shower was VERY slippery and there are no safety features at all. A potentially very dangerous situation that should be remedied.

This was one of the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We can’t wait to stay there again.

I loved every about this place. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities are excellent! The restaurant offers delicious food as well. I recommend a swim in the indoor pool and relaxing on the hot tub. Great spot!!

It’s amazing property we enjoy the ambiance of the property

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Executive Residency by Best Western. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the full kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The TV supported YouTube and Netflix, the facilities felt modern, and the air conditioner was quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the open space and walking trails behind the hotel, which were perfect for a walk or some light exercise. There were only two minor issues. First, in one of the two elevators, none of the floor-selection button lights were working. After pressing a floor button, there was no visual indication that the selection had been registered, which could be confusing for guests. Second, a noticeable section of the exterior wall tiles had come loose, which affected the building's appearance and should probably be repaired. Other than those issues, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in Calgary.

I am not normally one to write reviews, but this hotel is outstanding. The front desk staff was awesome. The rooms were huge and each had a kitchenette with cooking utensils and silverware and real glasses. The swimming pool area is top notch. I have not stayed in this nice of a hotel for a very long time. I also had the lamb shank in the restaurant for dinner and it was excellent and the service was outstanding. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in Calgary.
