The hotel itself overall was very good. It was well maintained, renovated and clean. The rooms were big enough and they have AC. The only negative review that I can give about this hotel is its location. The neighborhood it is in is not a good neighborhood, especially during the nights you have to walk-through some questionable areas.

Good air conditioning. The staff were great - the shower drain wasn't working properly, and thry were able to fix it on the same day. The cleaning of the room could be better. The drapes on the windows were broken.

Cold rooms were amazing, train stations within reasonable walking distance, breakfast was available at the café if you don't want to go out to eat.

Comfortable accommodation with very helpful staff and easy access to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, Metro and buses. Recommended for short or longer stays.

Our bathroom had a terrible urine smell all the time and our ac in our room didn't work.

Positives: very good location for getting around Paris. Close to great restaurants and shops. Culturally diverse community. Hotel room in very good condition. Comfortable bed. Tranquil surroundings looking out onto the courtyard. Well designed and spacious bathroom. Lovely anniversary note and gift left for us ❤️ Negatives: sink leaking from the back meaning the floor got wet with use. I'd booked a late checkout via the hotel website. However, late on the day I was told that this was not possible, which was very inconvenient and I had to change my plans for the day. I was given an extension until 2pm which helped somewhat. Generally I was very happy with my stay and will return in future.

We had a wonderful stay. The bedroom room and bathroom were a very good size. Not large, but very comfortable. We had one garden view room, very beautiful and quiet. The other room was a city view room, my daughters said they could hear some street noise. Their room had 2 beautiful balcony style windows that opened. The breakfast was very nice, huge selection on pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, and the scrambled eggs and potatoes were fantastic. The neighborhood on one end was a little sketchy, but to the other direction was nice. Lots of stores, street food, restaurants, and pubs. The area felt completely safe day and night. The price was good for what we got. My research came up with more expensive places that couldn’t have been this nice. This is a solid 4 star stay. I would happily stay there again. Cheers.

Excellent location. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff

Great staff and very convenient location for exploring Paris. Several Metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk. Loved the patio area and the rooftop - great for smokers!

We came during the heat wave and were thrilled that the air conditioning was working and working well in our room. The property is in a great location although its front is situated in an ally that has very few other businesses so it looks a little rough. But overall at either end of the ally the streets are great with lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was very nice and the bathroom was fantastic (large and clean and great shower).

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. There is a comfortable and spacious area on the main floor for working and relaxing. The terrace on the 4th level is lovely. We found the location to be convenient to several cafes and bakeries, Canal St. Martin area and several metro stations. It is tucked away from many of the central tourist sites which we liked. The room was comfortable but a bit tight for 2 people with luggage. Overall, we greatly enjoyed the hotel.

The breakfast was not the best. Way too many options for pastry and not enough food options.

Excellent hôtel

The room, breakfast and common areas were great. Staff helpful. Only problem is the area itself it’s out of the way which we understood before booking but felt very remote walking back from metro at night. Walking into montmartre or down to st. Martin the thoroughfares were sketchy. Like hold your bag tightly and don’t make eye contact sketchy and we aren’t fraidy cats.

This is a nice hotel in a so-so area of Paris. It is fairly convenient to both major train stations and bus and subway (Metro) lines. The rooms were nice, and though temperature controlled, the window can be opened. I give this 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons: 1) The breakfast is cold. May be a French/Paris thing, but cold eggs and sausage are not my thing. The assortment of breads and meats was on par with all of Europe. 2) Location. I wish we were in a different area of Paris. Walking to the nearest subway station, at times, did not seem safe - and I go to NYC all the time and ride the subway. Staff is very helpful.

the lobby area was very, very large and was a great spot to hang out!
