The staff is very helpful. The hotel is right in front of Lake Toba, so it was great to wake up to a beautiful view.

The staff is very friendly, the view from the room is nice. Because there is a restaurant, no need to bother looking for a place to eat. The food is also delicious and varied.

This hotel location was 800 meters from main road, but the road to hotel was already paved. It was in front of lake Toba. Just don't miss the morning glory, you will find the country style tranquility. Staffs were very kind but unfortunately they missed checking my booking that I didn't have rooms as I booked. Hot water was not working although they politely convinced me that they have checked it several times. Other than that, the room was quite comfortable and clean.
