Open lobby ocean view is awesome and stuff are kind and efficient ☮️💜

It was really great! I had a great time along with my younger brothers. The view was great and room was very very clean!

Overall a nice hotel. Restaurants at the hotel were crazy expensive! Awesome location and beautiful beaches. The views from the rooms were excellent. A few more touches to the rooms would be nice such as beach towels, tote bags, robes and larger refrigerators. The greetings need to be improved as well. Very flat and did not feel very welcoming!

It was amazing. even though I checked late in the evening, there are activities still going on.

Hotel employees were very polite and helpful when needed. Used the self-service laundry room twice. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily. The view was spectacular.

I like the hospitality and the product at this property. However, I paid the security deposit via debit card and at check out I was told that I would have to wait 30 days to receive my security deposit back into my card because I am using Bank of Guam. Very disappointing!!! KenCorp needs to fix this matter.

The beach is beautiful and the location is great!

Nikko hotel beach side is worth the stay. A lot of my time was going down to the beach and relaxing. beautiful views

The Premier Loung made up for the fact that we were not able to find the Bougainvillea Pool bar for their Happy Hour special.

Staff was friendly and the room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The shower heads need to be replaced, the force of the shower heads are that of a power washer. We had ants in the room. That wasn’t so appealing.

Absolutely best deal on Tumon. Every room opens to a view of the ocean with a spacious balcony. You know it’s nice when the entire Lobby opens to a view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond on requests and the facilities were beautiful. I especially enjoyed the Nature Trail, Water Slide, private beach, and pool bar. You are a short 10-15 minute drive to Two Lovers Point and it’s breathtaking views.

Clean. Nice pool with close beach access. Good ocean view from the room. Breakfast buffet was expensive but good, tasty and lots of Chamorro, Japanese and Filipino options. I didn’t try the Chinese restaurant, but Benkay Japanese restaurant was delightful, at the time they were doing a 7 course tasting menu for only $65.

Very dated property. They’re due for an upgrade. A whole bunch of patch jobs everywhere. Bathroom fixtures are crusty and old. Style is mismatched throughout the hotel. Pool bar is not well stocked.

Beach access from hotel is great, pool is good with waterslide. Room size is comfortable. When we stayed here the building is undergoing renovations, so we see scaffolds from lobby which isn’t a pretty look. Other than that the stay was good
