Clean rooms

This is maybe my seventh time staying at the Pegasus. I got married here 20 years ago. I love that the area is central' safe and quiet. The property is very clean and staff gives great customer service. I would recommend the Pegasus to any one. The 'FOOD' is delicious!!!

The property was nice and the majority of the staff were very professional and polite. We did run into a problem with the drain in the shower not draining. When we brought this matter to the attention of housekeeping they didn't seem like they were interested in solving the problem quickly. After a few conversations and the drain not being able to be adequately cleared we were transferred to a new room. We escalated the issue to management and Ms. Edwards made it right. She was grateful for our concerns and issues and certainly made us feel like valued clients. We would definitely return to the Pegasus in New Kingston. Overall the hotel is safe, professional and great with clients.

Room was very clean and the service was excellent. This will be my go too when I visit Jamaica in the future!

It was my second time staying at the Pegasus hotel. It certainly exceeded my expectations. I pledged to stay there whenever I am visiting Kingston.

Pool always clean.very good choice of breakfast every morning. The rhe rooms can be abit better in the sense that no one can hear your speaking in your room in the halls .apart from that excellent in every way.
