From check-in to check-out, our experience was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. They were especially helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local attractions, which made the most of our very short visit. Their knowledge, hospitality, and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel with helpful staff. I just have to say breakfast was really poor and it felt as though it was there for a while. We were the only guests having breakfast with another couple and it was very underwhelming and disappointing we paid for it. I would recommend staying here for sure but skip out on breakfast unless they can sort it out better.

The parking/breakfast package and spacious room were definite highlights. That said, the “king size” bed was disappointing — it appeared to be a queen with a foam extension added to the side, which sank uncomfortably and affected sleep quality. Worth addressing for future guests.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Spacious comfortable rooms, the courtyard side is quiet (with open window). Good breakfast, good wifi, central location. Dinner in the bar downstairs is ok.

New place an overall kind of clean, but there was no turndown service and typically rooms were not cleaned until the afternoon… my traveling companions were given upgrades and I wasn’t nobody explained anything. The front service is truly awful without any knowledge of service. The gym is outside of the building in a far location that nobody ever explains anything and everything is done without care or service. I was charged $15 per night for parking even though I was originally told it was free. The lobby pumps, some kind of air with perfume that masks smoking. Nobody changed sheets, even though I was there for six nights. There was no vanity kit or anything in the bathroom, other than towels and cups. Any question I asked the front desk. They didn’t really give me a good answer or recommendation for anything.

It was a comfortable stay after a rustic week at a remote location. The room was pre-staged and modern. The a/c struggles to cool the room below 22.5 C.

Very clear comfort hotel location is good but One of the employees asked me to leave the table I was sitting at. He said the table was reserved, but it wasn't. and one of the employees closed the curtains in my room without permission. I think she wanted me to stay in a dark room.

Usually the crown plaza hotels are overpriced and very outdated. But this one was really modern, comfy and everything was perfect.

Its the best Crowne Plaza ive stayed ever.. So Fresh New and amazing rooms specially the mini bar set up and over all everything was superb...

Amazing stay at this beautiful property! We got a free upgrade to a gorgeous room, the staff was always friendly and ready to help, breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel famous bar and restaurant was a delight. Is a good property and well appointed.

The location is perfect for Delta city mall (5 mintutes walk) and 20 minutes to the airport. The room is nice but not the best. The worst thing was the pillow. That was the worst pillow in the history of all pillows. Need to be replaced The view is nice from the room. The parking is considered expensive a bit. (1hour = 1 euro) but its shaded and

lot of restaurants to chose to eat in this plaza hotel, but be aware restaurants in Montenegro charge 1.5 euro per person for giving you napkins, fork, knife and spoon the charge they call KUVER , I had checked if this legal charge they say as long is it on menu clear visible they can charge you, also i spoke with restaurant expert who told me actual charge of that Kuver is included in food price, they advice me to made complaint to financial inspector about restaurant that charge that Kuver ,so they will take proper action if they determine that restaurant overcharged customers. I decided not to because nit worth of my time . Shopping mall is near by called Delta city , downtown a Podgorica is just 20 minutes walking distance, with lot of bars and restaurants also shopping stores river Morača is also close lot of beautiful parks are around the river. Hotel is nice clean, very safe , quiet to sleep and rest, excellent clime cooling system quiet , outside temperature gets 35 C , working staff is The BEST , they are very helpful and pleasant and friendly
