Room was simple, had the basics and it was easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.

This is a decent hotel without amenities, heat and sound proof windows. The location is not easy to find because is about 2 blocks away from the main avenue.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

This is a very well located hotel, near La Carolina park, lots of restaurants and a metro stop. The rooms are comfortable and the staff extremely efficient and helpful. The only thing that surprised me was that there is no heating in the rooms BUT, even on a chilly, rainy day, we were just fine. And the price was unbeatable!

The only issue that could be better is if a fan could be made available as the room can be a bit warm at night.

Enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy to walk to the botanical gardens which was our objective. Lots of dining options in the area. The roof top patio was lovely.We would definitely stay there again.

First of all the staff is amazing! They were all very kind and extremely helpful. The hotel is super nice, clean and it’s exactly what I wanted, not a huge chain hotel with tons of people. The only thing is that they don’t have a restaurant and/or mini fridge so you have to eat out or bring something back. There are a few restaurants nearby though. (I knew that when I booked, just describing). They do offer breakfast which was pretty good before a long day of touring. I would definitely stay there again! I truly enjoyed my experience there. Casa Q is a lovely little hotel in a safe and convenient part of Quito, close to the Parque Carolina and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is great!

Casa Q was great for our arrival to Quito. Transport from the airport was superb and overall staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was pretty basic, but met our needs. We arrived late and our baggage didn't make it. The hotel didn't have complimentary toothbrushes or other amenities to offer and all nearby pharmacies were closed. I

Everything was great. Very well equipped. Hot water at all times. Pricing was great as well. Carolina and other staff members were very helpful. Even if you don’t buy the breakfast option, you can take coffee or tea. Highly recommended.
