Todo muy bien, buen desayuno, solamente que ya deben de darle un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones. Pero fue una muy excelente estadia.

Parking was easy and secure. The lady at the front desk Laura was excellent. Great asset to your company!

Overall the hotel wasn't bad the staff were friendly and attending everything I ask I got it

room was very roomy and the bathroom was good but the vanity did not have hot water breakfast was good but not a lot to choose from the staff was amazing

Clean room, business friendly

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. A one liter water bottle provided daily. Complimentary coffee maker in lobby made yummy cappuccino. The morning breakfasts were a nice selection of items, delicious and healthy options with fresh fruits like papaya, watermelon and pineapple. Friendly staff. I did not inquire about a business center nor did I visit the gym area.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We returned because we didn’t have any problems. The place is clean, staff very attentive and an excellent location. This time everything was fine until the morning. The water was cold. We toughed it out and showered with the cold water. When we returned to shower in the evening was fine. However, this was the morning that we would checkout. The water again was cold. We reported to the front desk and we were told that it should be hot water. We let the water run for a while and the water was still cold. We had to checkout. That shower water was cold. The phone didn’t work either. Everything else was just fine.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I stayed several times at this hotel.

Nos encantó el hotel: las habitaciones son muy bonitas y el servicio al llegar fue excelente. Sin embargo, lo que ocurrió esa madrugada fue completamente inaceptable. Íbamos de salida porque tenía un vuelo temprano, pero mis hermanas regresaron al hotel. Tanto la recepcionista como el guardia fueron informados claramente de que ellas volverían. Aun así, cerraron el portón y las dejaron afuera, en plena madrugada y en una ciudad peligrosa. Se intentó llamar varias veces a recepción y al hotel, pero nadie respondía las llamadas. Mi hermana tuvo incluso que tocar el claxon del carro para que alguien finalmente saliera. Este tipo de situación no solo es una falta de profesionalismo, sino que también pone en riesgo la seguridad de los huéspedes.
