Spacious, airy room, friendly staff, nice location but the bed sheets are a bit faded, hotel needs to improve.

Nice room, fully equipped, clean, reasonable price compared to holidays, friendly and enthusiastic staff. However, I found the room not soundproof from outside, if there is screaming (from children) it will be a bit noisy. The security guard parked cars too close together, it is easy to scratch the passenger car.

I am really satisfied with the hotel. The hotel only has 2 floors but is very clean, comfortable, airy green space. The room is new and fully equipped. When paying for the room, the staff made a mistake and collected the money but I was refunded and resolved very quickly in just 10 minutes. It's great. I hope everyone will have the same satisfactory experience as me.

The hotel is very nice, large room, clean, same picture. The staff is also very nice. Breakfast food with many dishes, moderate taste, delicious. convenient location, quite near the sea, next to the restaurant is very delicious and affordable. Overall is very satisfied with the hotel. If returning to Phu Yen will definitely return to the hotel.

Pros: good service and good room for the price paid. Location is very near the beach but not suitable for swimming. We have to go a bit further to city centre to enjoy the beach. Cons: poor sound insulation, I can hear sound from tv and people talking next door. Balcony is indoor with enclosed wall which seems weird.
