Big room, there are 2 big beds.

For comfort, it's decent, but the location is in the city. Cleanliness is a bit lacking, and the food is also lacking in variety for a star-rated hotel. Perhaps this could be improved in the future. 🙏

The rooms are very large and spacious. The hotel's location is in the city center, making it easy to access.

The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a shame we checked in late because there was dinner. The restaurant was already closed after 8:00 PM. Highly recommended if you're visiting Trenggalek, as swimming pool tickets are also free for hotel guests.

Staff doesn't speak English. I arrived at 4 AM and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Maybe they ran out of stock because they opened all the rooms and couldn't find toilet paper. There were no towels to take a shower. The mirrors were totally dirty, they don't care to clean. The pavement floor was so dirty, dust, hairs everywhere, dust on all surfaces and furniture. There was high humidity in the room, every time I breathed it was hard, constantly humid. All this means they don't have a housekeeping staff who can control the rooms. Of course, the staff from reception don't control rooms, nor do the owners. The walls of the bathroom and floor they don't clean or sanitize, lack of hygiene.

The best in Trenggalek to date, with stunning views leading to the hotel, a swimming pool, and a comfortable meeting room that can accommodate up to 50 people. Hopefully, it can get even better...

A hotel with a cottage & resort theme, it seems the best compared to other hotels in Trenggalek city, very comfortable, child-friendly, very friendly staff, clean, there is a swimming pool, and in the hotel area there is a waterpark, including free tickets to the waterpark if you stay there, what I am really amazed by is that at this hotel there is free dinner and breakfast, it is extraordinary

The staff is friendly and the environment is clean and fragrant.

The hotel was quite nice and comfortable. The only thing that needed to be done was to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the staff always greeted us when we met. However, after checking in, we were given a room on the second floor, but we weren't escorted to our room or helped with our luggage/bags/suitcases. So, it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs to the second floor.

The bed is huge. 2 queen beds. There's a water park. The best hotel in Trenggalek.

Breakfast starts at 6-9 am, but at 8.35 am the fried rice was finished and no more was cooked... really bad in my opinion (the menu is also limited)
