Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Checking was quite general not very welcoming or insightful - even though I’m an Accor member because I booked through hotel club my Accor membership is not recognised- disappointing when hotel club upgrades are also not offered

Great stay at an excellent hotel. Centrally located with clean, functional rooms. Absolutely at the top of the standard for a Mercure brand hotel.

Parking was easy as there were a lot of parking spaces.

Comfortable room with good amenities and friendly staff. Handy to the Metro.

I have stayed here on five? occasions. Quiet rooms facing the back car park and standard rooms facing the main Windsor Road. Staying in the (slightly) noisier rooms facing the road is cheaper but I didn’t find the slight hum of traffic at rush hour bothersome. If you are a light sleeper you might welcome the car park side. Rooms are all pretty much the same decor with horses and buggy prints on wall. Not much natural light and sealed windows. You’ll be using the air conditioning for comfort. Can’t fault the location. Hotel right next to busy pub / restaurant with several dining options. Despite proximity, can’t hear anything from the venue from the hotel. It’s handy for dinner and a pint of Guinness and a short walk home. Parking is often busy but have always found somewhere even if it’s not right by the hotel. Staff have always been helpful and pleasant. While next door restaurant does breakfasts, I wasn’t impressed with their options (not a reflection on the hotel). Cafe, bakery and IGA breakfast options down the road were ok. Proximity to Rouse Hill Estate a bonus. Only open Sundays 10an-4pm. Well worth a visit.

Such a great hotel! Easy check in and check out. Modern room and bathroom. Clean. All amenities worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again :)

Clean, quiet room.

Room was good. Breakfast is from a restaurant from same site but from a different management and not buffet. Car park is free and ample at the time
