Friendly hosts, lovely house. Very happy to make this place my home for two nights. I would have liked a spot that wasn't the shared bathroom sink to rinse and wash out my coffee press and travel mug, and fill the room kettle. But so saying it was very reasonably priced and the continental breakfast was terrific.

Our host Cliff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The bed was super comfy. Charming period furniture.

Very Old World met great other guests in communal breakfast room some what different to expectations but we enjoyed traveling back to how accomodation in yesteryear with share toilets and facilities

A nice quiet place of Tasmania, away from the town with friendly staff. Breakfast experience each morning with different people was refreshing and allowed each of us to get to know each other.

The entire facility was beautiful, much care had been put into designing rooms that match so nicely. All of the fixtures were interesting and functional. The breakfast room was sunny and well designed. The breakfast included fruit that had been produced on the property. The grounds of the property were excellently maintained.

Rang to book in on site no one there rang back next day after we have left .tv did not work
