Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. Check in was flawless and friendly, a young lad checked us in… great at his job. The 1 bed apartment was ideal, spacious, everything you need to cook, chill, or hang out. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed in. The only negative I can give is that even though we were on the 4th floor, the outside noise was loud enough to make us think the windows were open, whether it be a car passing by or a person wheeling a suitcase, it was a little hard to switch off from the outside at times. Gym is sufficient. Would happily stay here again

10/10 for everything. we were warmly greeted both when checking in and out of Quest. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well laid out, clean and very comfortable. we had a car and had prior to visit arranged for a parking space, although it cost $15 pn we were able to park our car in a gated secure car park at the back of the hotel, which gave us piece of mind and well worth the cost. We have stayed in many Quest hotels in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide but Quest Joondalup was by far the best out of all. Thank you for making our stay such a perfect one.

rooms are so nice and clean, central to cafes, shops, nite markets across the road, so orzom, we always enjoy staying here, great friendly staff too!

Everything is as advertised. The room is not huge, but we'll designed with everything on needs...good bathroom with enough towels, good racks for drying them, a shower that is simple to use, and does not drench you when it's turned on, and space for toiletries. There are also better toiletries provided than I expected. A cake of soap! The bed is comfortable and the air con simple to use, quiet and works well. Good curtains. The hangers can be removed from the wardrobe and there are full length mirrors...two of my issues with other accommodation is awful hangers stuck on the rail and no full length mirrors. There is nice social space with coffee and tea facilities ( also in your room with microwave, hotplates, fridge). Close to coffee and eating places. This was ideal for our stay, and Quest is becoming a brand that we look for in accommodation.

Parking was extra but undercover and behind secure gates. It was however away from the front door so had to make a few trips with luggage. Room clean and well appointed.

Laundry was good felt the rooms should have been serviced no servicing over Xmas period we weren’t advised until we booked in so 3 nights had to ask for clean towels toilet rolls overall was really lovely stay friendly staff well appointed rooms

Very welcoming front desk. Nice amenities, comfortable bed and pillows but the studio room was quite small. Good size bathroom though and great shower. Hotel is located in a good location. Lovely view of the lake from our window.
