It was really, really good. Everything is great except for the hassle of getting around since it's right in the city center.

A very good place to stay at the center of Surabaya city with a spacious room and nice facilities. I stayed during Ramadan and took an iftar package at 360 degrees where it was a very memorable experience ever. The only problem for me was the access from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, I hope they can make it better.

Breakfast cannot be boxed for take away, if it is delivered to the room there will be a charge

We've stayed here several times, and the service is always excellent. It's clean, comfortable, and smells great. The breakfast food tastes a bit different from our previous stays. Overall, so far so good.

The hotel contacted me via WhatsApp in the afternoon after checking out. I didn't even know what I'd left behind. It was just facial soap. I ended up returning to the hotel that night to retrieve my belongings. Wow, DoubleTree is awesome!
