I booked a room on the app, when I arrived, the receptionist said there were no rooms and I had informed the app but the app was not closed and there were no rooms so they could not arrange it, and told us to call the operator to get a refund. Traveloka's customer service was very good. They gave me a plan and refunded me, because it was a holiday so other hotels were also full. Then the receptionist said there was a room for 3 guests who had not arrived yet so they charged us 600k. The next day when we checked out, we met 2 people at the reception hall who also booked a room on the Traveloka app and were in the same situation. I rate Traveloka's service ok but about the hotel, everyone needs to consider. The room was ok because it was not a new hotel.
