The lighting in the room was a bit dim, making it slightly tiring on the eyes, but I felt comfortable staying here. The hotel offers early check-in if rooms are available, and it's conveniently located near the Old Town and other amenities.

Receptionists and housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Food was very good. There was a shuttle bus to old town. I love this place. I will come back in the next vacation. From Hạnh with love😘

Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff helped me learn about the hotel's surroundings and the attractions in Hoi An. The staff spoke fluent English and were very helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel grounds were pleasant. There was a free shuttle bus to the attractions.

The staff did not check the items in the room carefully, and then came down to report the loss of the laundry bag. My mother had to turn over her bag, her bag, and search through all the dirty and wet clothes. In the end, the laundry bag was in the room. Such unprofessional work is unacceptable.
