Pros: 1. It is IN GOTEMBA factory outlets, so if you are planning to go to Gotemba, this is the hotel to be in. Look no further. 2. The view in the hotel room that is facing mount fuji -> nice place to photoshoot Cons: - Not worth it's price. A no-frills hotel but with quality finishing - Rooms are too small. - No porter.

The view here is captivating, the moment you step into the main hall you’ll see the Mt Fuji view as the backdrop and the centerpiece. When back to the room, you’ll also have the equal same view. It is very value for money if that is your main purpose of booking this hotel, to see the mountain in comforts of your room. Hotel room was clean and spacious by Japan standards. Onsen connecting to the hotel was a great facility to have as well. We booked a private room but were left with the limited blocked view option. Onsen facility was fairly well equipped with everything we needed. Pleasant stay overall.

The location is right in Gotemba. But access to everywhere else is only by taxi. Finding food is also difficult because it is isolated.

Nice Mt Fuji view and it is connected to Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is quite small; the biggest room can only accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. Overall, quite clean although the interior can be a little bit old.

There are 2 mattresses but only for 1 person and my wife has to get cash. It's very funny.

Wonderful Hotel🩷- the room is very clean with beautiful view, pajamas and socks are inclusive as well as the amenities 🌸. Dinner and breakfast are available with delicious selection👌🏻. The best part is the private hot spring facility - open air and nice experience 🥰.

The hotel is new, the rooms are large and close to the location fo gotemba.

The view is very charming. see the fuji mountain covered in snow very clearly. The room is quite spacious and very clean. The food in the restaurant is amazingly delicious, the onsen is very enjoyable. Walk close and be very healthy to gotemba premium outlets because of the clean air. There is even a shuttle bus to the outlet. English communication is very perfect. The best hotel during our trip in Japan.
