Kamar hotel bersih, terlihat baru dan terawat. Bisa titip koper, proses check in dan check out mudah. Dekat banget dengan Hibiya line Stasiun Naka-Okachimaci exit 1 (tapi keluar dengan tangga). Handuk tiap hari diganti dan sampah dibuang. Tiap 3 hari sekali diganti sprei, tapi bisa request bila mau diganti hari apa lagi. Ada mesin cuci 2 berbayar.
