Good

Check-in was so bad, waited almost an hour, multiple guests were without rooms when all the rooms on floor 4 were not made ready, blankets left on the ground outside the rooms. Rooms a mess. Worst hotel experience I’ve seen, and I travel every couple weeks for work.

A lot of parking places, room was spacious and clean. However, the television has some issue and was reported to the receptionist.

Great place for a quiet rest

We arrived on motorcycles. They have a specific place to park, which is perfect. The reception was excellent no prompts at all and there’s close by restaurants that we could walk to.

It was home away from home , excellence all around .

Ambiance générale et confort dans les chambres très basique; pas de lampes de chevet ni de miroir plein pied. Verres en carton. Climatiseur très bruyant. Télévision limitée.

Friendly concierge on check-in. Room parkling clean, ultra-modern, minamalist decor. (not a cozy vibe, but comfortable in the ways that count). Quiet. Pool/sauna/jacuzzi was great for unwinding after a drive. Le petit dejuener (breakfast) was good. Love the mini waffles!

Très agréable séjour, déjeuner chaud et diversifié au matin ce qui fut très apprécié.

We opened a drawer which contained a hide-away pressing table but couldn't close it even after following the directions (and I have a PhD. !). I went downstairs to the front desk and reported the problem. The receptionist said they would come, Nobody came. The open drawer obstructed the way to the bathroom which is dangerous at night.
