The front staff were wonderful helping us get our senior mother an accessible room close to ours. Thank you for being so gracious.

Room was not cleaned properly. Phone in room did not work properly. Had to ask twice and wait almost 2 hours for toilet paper to be brought to the room. Asked for clean towels and was told “probably not because the hotel was fully booked and they were just too busy”. I did not receive the towels at all. The hostesses seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. They had a little attitude towards me when asked for anything. Had a few issues checking in also.

Very clean and full amenity place to stay. We will definitely return for future stays. Breakfast was impressive with lots to offer. Keep it up!
