No hubo agua en el edificio por muchas horas.

The breakfast The enchiladas was cold the beans was horrible no taste it was like water the few thinks they have in the hot section was very cold not enough heat and every day the same thing the people was nice

Excellent hospitality

The property ran out of water and we couldn’t flush toilets, the shower temperature was impossible to control as it went from super cold to super hot. The AC dripped water all day and night and soaked the floor by my bed side, I wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was really good. Everything was amazing.

Room 314 is huge, large hot tub in the bedroom, separate shower stall and toilet closet, living room with tv screen, two separate mini split HVAC, the room is in need some maintenance and updating, good value though.

Very clean and nice. The breakfast is actually good. The staff was incredibly helpful. Plus the added benefit of having a shuttle to and from the airport made it very convenient.

The hotel was beautiful from the beginning. Welcoming staff. Glad it had a restaurant and it offered free breakfast with the stay which was delicious! Very close to GDL airport.

Transportation to and from the airport was the best part. Very comfortable hotel.

I dint have breakfast, room was clean, air conditioner was good.
