Lovely staff, good breakfast, very comfortable room.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff exceptional.

Everything was spotless, staff very nice but DO NOT have room 4, it's right next to reception desk and the kitchen so very noisy when people are coming in and early morning

A pleasant overnight stay with good selection of breakfast choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property enclosed with security gate was clean and well presented. Situated right on the outskirts of Hermanus ( 3 miles ) with a coastal footpath connecting to the town with beautiful ocean views along the way. Dutches Restaurant recommended by guest house was only a few minutes walk away on Grotto beach. The food was delicious.

Our stay at Whale Coast Ocean Villa was fabulous! This is the perfect place for exploring the Hermanus Cliff Walk and Grotto Beach. It is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing, the staff warm and welcoming. Our stay was too short. Hope to visit again soon.

Wonderfull stay, the towels are so fluffy

I'm difficult to please let alone delight, and i rarely give 10/10. I'm happy to make an exception, because our stay was absolutely amazing. From check-in to check-out, with a delicious breakfast in-between, we were well looked after and extremely comfortable throughout our stay.

Spacious room with balcony and ocean view

Whale Coast Ocean view guest house was perfect - felt like staying in a luxurious seaside home. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The location in Grotto Beach - quiet and very upmarket, but close enough to Hermanus and right on the coastal paths for great walks. Breakfast was fabulous- with great coffee! I would have definitely liked to have stayed longer.

It was a lovely accommodation with great mountain and sea view. staff are friendly, the breakfast was great. clean, and quiet. well recommendable.

Off the main tourist area so it was perfect for our extended stay. You could walk to the beautiful Grotto Beach and enjoy the cliff path. Beautiful in every way!

Absolutely lovely place to stay while in Hermanus. My partner and I agreed that it was one of the nicest places we have ended up in - we stayed in room 1 which has a great view, was very large, and was clean and comfortable. It is very close to a beautiful beach, a nature park and cliff walk. The staff were very friendly and we would be thrilled to stay again. My only note is that when there is load-shedding, the outside bell doesn't work so we got stuck outside for a little while with no way to access the building. We got in thanks to some other guests who saw us outside, but getting a bell that doesn't rely on grid electricity seems like it could be a good upgrade! Otherwise had such a lovely time, and thank you to the friendly man at the front desk for being perfectly polite and helpful!
