The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, it is near Namba St and Dotonbori. A lift from the station to the road is a plus for travelers with big suitcases. My advice to the management: make the corridor hall brighter. The corridor in front of my room is too dark, a bit scary when I came back at night.

Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

The hotel is very extraordinary, everything is satisfactory, the toilet is separate from the bathroom, it was a very memorable stay at this hotel.

Located not far from the train station, convenient for travel. Check-in is fast and convenient. Staff provides good service. Rooms are clean.

The first thing that caught my eye is the cozy room. I chose the room with tatami and Shinkansen view, and it's so breathtaking! The breakfast is also top-notch, day by day they will change some of the menu so the food choice won't be boring. The hotel is also near Shin-Osaka station which I can easily get there by walking (it's easy for using Shinkansen or chikatetsu). The hotel is also near Lawson and there are beautiful flowers in each corner of the hotel, so pretty to look at!

Location OK. Room space considered OK. Bathroom too tiny for a person with a large body size. More than that, the bathroom is too small.

Very near to drug store, convenience store, and the most important is only 400-500m from Shin-Osaka Station

Friendly staff, clean room, has public bath and laundromat, location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the station and surrounded by convenient stores, highly recommend.

The place was spacious, but the distance from Shin Osaka station is quite far, around a 10-minute walk. We booked one room for 4 guests, and there is a washing machine there, really helpful. There is an onsen also in this hotel.

The hotel is not too far from Shin Osaka Station, very nice, complete facilities, there are onsen for men and women, affordable price…. Fully recommended.

The location is quite close to the metro train, 5 minutes walking. The hotel is very good, clean, spacious rooms, complete room facilities including coffee, tea, and amenities.

The best hotel in Shin-Osaka. Close with Lawson and train station. The hotel staff can speak English and are always very helpful when I ask for new towels or even to change a bed cover. Very highly recommended.
