This hotel is a great boutique hotel.. Perfect location for walking or taking the metro.. Our room was amazing with a view of the Abbey…. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate dinner at their restaurant which had wonderful food. If you like smaller hotels with charm.. would highly recommend.

The property is quiet, extremely clean, and convenient to everything. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very nice, helpful, and pleasant. We only stayed two nights, but when I come back to Lyon I will definitely book here.

Check in was great. Staff polite and helpful. Room was ok for one night stay. Room was clean over all with a few exceptions; hairball on carpet and few towels and some colour stains . Washroom had basic amenities. Expected a little more for the price.

The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is wonderful and really helpful and kind. The location is wonderful. I think it’s unfortunate they charge extra for early check in when the room is available. The positives far outweigh the negative I noted above. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I loved that the hotel was modern while being in an old building. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the L’Occitane products in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s minutes away from shopping, dining, and you can take a lovely stroll along the river, which is also close by.
