Older building but very well kept. Very friendly, great location, great value, fantastic breakfast! Only hotel with rooftop terrace.

Perfectly located between the public beach, beach clubs, and the peaceful pine forest is this hidden gem. Homemade breakfast awaits and Bahadır gives great recommendations on where to go. This is a peaceful retreat and calm place to be.

bahadir was amazing host from start to finish. The atmosphere he has created is unique the minute you walk in you start to relax. The breakfast served by his staff and himself is some of the best I have in Turkey. Such an amazing gentleman and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building, with a magnificent garden, located at the edge of the city of Akyaka, in a beautiful neighborhood of old Turkish style buildings, surrounded by pine trees and vegetation. For that alone it is worth it. Certainly, the rooms are somewhat small and have somewhat dated bathrooms, but that does not detract from the great stay. The breakfast is very abundant, varied and of excellent quality, full of details. And the best thing is the great attention of the owner who turns the room into a haven of tranquility and beauty.

Totalya Hotel was a great find, a beautiful building, clean and comfortable room, ours had a balcony. Also lots of comfortable seating areas including the rooftop balcony. The owner Bahadir and staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is truly amazing - it keeps on coming! We loved Totalya and would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing few days the friendliness, service and the Breakfast were spot on . The hotel is clean and basic but lovely (the rooms are small but good enough for acouple of days)

Really like the place, the common areas, the owner, the atmosphere, delicious breakfast, the location. the room and the bathroom were a bit outdated and small but all the other positive features of the place make you forget about these shortcomings m. A place to come back to.

The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in and relax after a long day of swimming. The rooms were clean and had a view of the garden. The best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel, with home made jams, cakes, drinks plus more. The staff were incredibly polite and generous with our checking, and throughout our stay. They even came out to say goodbye.

Everything was just perfect, from start to finish! This small, family-run hotel has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere and the breakfasts are amazing! The hosts will welcome you and take all the time you need when they explain about local sights, restaurants, foods - including the delicious items on offer in the morning. From home-made jams and cakes to fresh fruits and vegetables and magical 'detox water' you will be spoilt for choice. Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and uncluttered, and the shared spaces and garden are quiet and well-kept. A quick walk down into Akyaka town, to the beach or the river-side, Totelya is a perfect gem. If you're looking for the bright lights, huge bar and pool this is not the place for you. But then if that's what you're after you probably wouldn't want to be in Atyaka to start with!

Havlulari asacak balkon gibi yer yoktu, hicbir sey kurumadi. Hizmet guleryuzlu degildi, sabah gunaydin dedik yuzunu bile donmedi orada hizmetli kisi. Teras falan cok sicak zaten hic cikamadik. Kahvaltisi da oldukca kotuydu. Sineklerden oturamadik. Kahvaltida ekmek servisi iki kisiye 1 dilim eksi maya ekmek, 1 dilim normal ekmek veriliyor, istersiniz daha veririz diye gittiler. Sepette 2 dilim elmek ve çeyrek ten kucuk simit verdiler. Istersek daha verirlermis ama ekmegi bile dilim dilim istemek ayip yani. Sonra 2 kisiye 1 dilim kek verdiler, tadimlik diye. Bence hic vermeseler gercekten daha iyi. Sanki biz kalkip ekmek , kek dilenecegiz. Gereksiz ve bol sinekli kahvaltidan sonra otelden banyoda kaymadan zor kactik. Perde olmadigi icin tuvalet her dustan sonra sirimsiklam oluyor ve tuvalet temizligi yapiyorsunuz..Boyle bir tatil isterseniz totelya oteli secin. Sevgiler..

Stayed there only for a day. Lovely and peaceful place to spend sometime in Akyaka. Got a chance to meet the owner, Mr. Bahadir, who is a very friendly gentleman. He and his team are doing excellent job to manage the hotel. Breakfast was also superb. I will definitely go back and stay there when I'm in town again. Recommended!
