Peaceful and quiet. Very eco-friendly. Internet and Wifi needs a lil improvement for the occasional check in back home. Quick and easy check in and check out. Beautiful views. One downside lots of insects at night time.

Is a relaxing place and really clean

Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. Beautiful lake views and easy access to the lake in the middle of the beautiful trees and nature. Short drive to town if you want to go out and enjoy the restaurants and town life. Would 100% go back, and recommend to MBH to friends and family

The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. Also, The quietness and the calm was amazing. It was almost like we were at our private resort.

Excellent place to stay, clean and spacious room, staff very friendly but the most remarkable thing is that we left the safe box open with our valuables, passports and cash before they clean the room and everything was there, when we returned, nothing was missing 😀 and the place is amazing the lake 3 minutes away from our room.

If you stay you must have your own transportation

The only thing I would improve is adding coffee in the room. Everything else was very good!

The front desk lady helped us a lot. She’s the only can speak english. And she’s super nice. We had a great opportunity!!

Tuvimos muy buena experiencia, el hotel muy bonito y el muelle espectacular. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que una noche se pusieron a hacer arreglos con taladro, lo cual fue muy incómodo para poder descansar.

El paisaje estaba más o menos pero no abia una alberca normal

Servicio excelente, lugar bello y comida muy rica.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable con muchísima disposición para ayudar. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en general y el staff es muy reducido. Mejorando estas cuestiones, es un gran hotel para pasar unos días en Bacalar.

The property is in good condition but very far from downtown. Activities are limited and room quality will be 3 1/2 stars. The entrance is in poor condition and needs further improvements.
