Beautiful property for the ultimate relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive. Our Tosoani, Guillermo, was the best! We can’t wait to come back again.

It a beautiful property, but the best part is it people, truly superb service and attention to detail. Very peaceful and excellent service in all areas of the property. Our personal concierge Mario was just amazing. Yes it is pricy, but it totally worth it.

My wife and I came here for my Wife’s birthday and we stayed in 1 king suite with plunge pool. We had the best time and amazing views. Privacy was not an issue and it felt we were there by ourselves. We were there during the down season so not a lot foot traffic. It was very relaxing. If you get the chance to have Guillermo has your butler then you will be well taken care of. Top notch gentleman and very thoughtful. He made our entire trip one to remember. Definitely a place we will probably return to.

Amazing service all around. Staff was very helpful and made the stay a worthwhile.

The pool at the room (pool pump) did not work, the door to the room would not lock,the food was fantastic but the drinks were small and watered down ($25.00), not the standard you would expect for a Ritz-Carlton.

Zadun is a beautiful luxury resort, and the staff were outstanding. It’s designed for privacy, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved our dinner at HUMO, breakfasts at El Barrio. If you want to be spoiled come here.

The room was amazing. The resort was beautiful and the service was excellent. Andres and Carlos were very attentive and helpful with everything we needed.

(5.5 out of 5 if that were possible) An absolutely exceptional stay. The staff were lighthearted, genuinely friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The architecture and layout of the hotel are stunning, with a design that constantly makes you feel as though you’re in a private, secluded retreat. The spa is, without question, the most incredible spa I’ve ever experienced, paired with consistently outstanding service throughout the property. The constant concierge presence made everything effortless. The beaches are beautiful and very private, with striking rock formations that make the setting feel truly special. There are also thoughtful, memorable details throughout the experience—some of my favorites were delightful surprises I won’t spoil here. Simply put, this hotel sets a new standard. Truly unforgettable.

Excellent upscale resort

Excellent room and facilities. The grounds are beautiful. Service is excellent. And only 25 min from the airport, in San Jose Del Cabo. We had a wonderful few days away as a couple. I liked it better than Cabo. Be aware, the spa is amazing but very pricey- as in for 90 min couples massage was nearly 50% higher in price than in the states. That said, the spa was beautiful and the service amazing- just expect to pay more
