The staff was friendly, the hotel was comfortable, and clean. The only downside was that my room's TV wouldn't work. Otherwise, it was fine.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for bikers who are on a bike ride and need accommodation in the Banyuwangi area. The location is easy to find and in the city center, so there are plenty of food and shops if you need to buy anything. What I really like about this hotel is that you can park your motorcycle right in front of your room (especially on the first floor), making loading your luggage easy and quick.

For that price, it's worth it. Clean rooms. Satisfactory service. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant.

I stayed here in 2021 and found the rooms and facilities much cleaner than they are now. Hopefully, this will improve further, and the quality of cleanliness, service, and comfort won't decline further.

I was thought to have dirty the bedsheets even though before I entered the bedsheets were already dirty, as a result I waited a long time for the CO because I was in a meeting, secondly there was a loud noise like someone was banging, and the TV didn't work, the bathroom equipment was incomplete, there was only soap without a toothbrush even though I ordered superior, the cupboard was broken, the power outlet was broken

overall comfortable. the room and sheets are clean; only lacking toothpaste and toothbrush. when there happened to be many people doing OPN BO. noisy and a bit awkward because until late at night, one room was filled by more than 3 people.

TV is dead, wifi connection #1 is weak in the room and even not connected to the internet. condition of the room & bathroom (the upper shelf of the upper cupboard is dusty, there are lipstick marks on the walls, the bathroom ceramic walls have yellowed crust). others are ok. those that have not been mentioned please improve to be better. thank you.

This hotel used to be very clean, now the rooms are so messy. Yesterday I came and the floor was sticky, the AC was hot and dirty.

Easy access, spacious parking even though it's not on the main road. There's a pretty good terrace to sit and relax. Couldn't try the food because the cafe was closed.

the staff is very friendly, the hotel atmosphere is cool and not noisy. I got room b6 on the 2nd floor at the end. the size of the bed and room is spacious enough for us 2 adults 1 toddler. but did not get towels and the sheets were dirty with lots of stains. for those who want to bring food to the room be careful because there are lots of big ants. I bought food but didn't eat it straight away because I fell asleep when I woke up lots of ants from outside came in

The location of this hotel is very strategic. It's easy to find food because it's right in the middle of the city. The facilities and cleanliness are okay. The price is also very friendly. Suitable for those of us who need a comfortable, cheap room in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool and the cafe is already closed. So we can't enjoy the night with a cup of coffee, even though the hotel's atmosphere is very serene. One more thing, the Wi-Fi is a bit slow.
