My three-night stay at Momo's was quite memorable. It's close to the monorail station, a trendy culinary center, and a popular spot for viral photos. I found the room amenities quite good, with good cleanliness and a clean bathroom. Although the room is designed for travelers, I found it adequate for a relaxing break after a long day of exploring Malaysia. The hotel staff are friendly, there's a cute cafe downstairs, and there's a coin-operated laundry nearby.

The location is strategic, the staff were helpful. I came earlier and I got a free early check-in from the staff.

It's fun to stay here, next time I go to Malaysia with friends I can stay here again, the area has all the food and the viral place is Chowkit.

I would like to go back there. The staff was so kind.

The room size was small, and there was no proper place for you to hang your clothes. No wardrobe, no desk/table. The good things were the room and bathroom very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, too. The hotel is also near to the monorail/LRT station, and it's about 5-10 mins walk.

Would be great if the hotel added a water bidet spray because it's not common for Muslim people to clean up after using the toilet with tissue :-)

The location is very strategic, close to the city center and shopping areas. The distance from the hotel to the monorail is very close, far from noise, and very quiet.

All staffs are friendly, really love the view from my room (at the 6th floor), bed is clean, close to seven eleven. The only issue for me was the noise from the aircon, but the other day the staff offered me for changing room.

it's such a nice room. if the room could be improved, it should be the bidet! for asians, just 1 bidet will change everythings.. the room has no bidet :( and also there should be another tissue other than the toilet paper. other than that, the room is aesthetic and nice

Pros: 1)Good location: - Near to lrt station. You just have to work few mins to reach the lrt bridge - Near few shopping malls and got a lof of restaurants 2) Friendly staff: - The staff during check in was very friendly and well informed - They always greet customers every time we go out or in Cons: 1) Room: - The room is very compact. No space to put your luggage - No table but they give chair which is think no point. Better provide table so we can put our stuff - Limited plug and they only prepare usb cable place so better bring your own plug/extension - Very very small 2) Bathroom - There's no bidet which is very annoying because it's very hard to do business. Luckily the shower head wire is quite long and can reach the toilet 3) Need to bring your own tooth brush and paste 4) No iron in the room or at the corridor. You need to request which is annoying and they also doesn't inc hanger. We request for it on 1st day and at the night, they call us to ask if we still using it and we said yes but on the second day, the room service came to collect the iron but we still need to use it. Request it again on the third day and guess what? They didn't deliver it even after almost 1 hour so i gave up and end up go out with not ironing my clothes !!!! It should be the most basic hotel thing to prepare the iron and hanger not request it to use every time !!! Honestly, other than the location there's nothing good about this hotel to make me rebook with them again plus the price is totally not worth it. Expensive yet so small and lack of basic facilities
