The room was actually full, but without upgrading straight away, wow!

The bathroom emits a fairly strong odor... even with the exhaust turned off. That's the only negative; everything else is positive.

I booked a deluxe room but upgraded to an executive room and was completely satisfied. It included a mini kitchen, a double-door refrigerator, and a walk-in shower. The service was excellent, the room comfortable, and the location strategic, despite the narrow road.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very close to Bundaran HI and Sarinah. Unfortunately, the pool was not suitable for children under five years old.

A truly satisfying experience. Close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite being a hassle several times, the service was prompt and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. We even got complimentary afternoon tea at the rooftop restaurant. Overall, the stay was simply the best.

We found a small cockroach in the room, so we requested a new bed cover. Otherwise, it was very comfortable, except for a small issue with the tiny cockroach.

The room is clean and fragrant... bring your family comfortably... you can just walk to GI and PI 👍

Checking in at 4:00 PM still had to wait for the room to be ready. There's no dedicated parking space. Wi-Fi was okay, cleanliness and comfort were okay, but the breakfast buffet menu and taste were less than satisfactory. Given the price and reviews, it's probably a 6.5 rating, so hopefully, it can be improved.

Great stay at Jambuluwuk Thamrin! Location is perfect and close to Grand and Plaza Indonesia. Room is spacious, comfortable, and clean.

This property is in a really good location, all the team members are incredibly helpful, kind, polite, and very knowledgeable about the local area with places to go and things to do. The rooms are a nice size & very clean. I was very surprised when I found there was a bath in the bathroom, which was a luxury I haven't had in Asia for a very long time. Nice breakfast, with local and international dishes, plenty of pastries, fruit, and my favourite Jamu. Next time I'm in Jakarta, I'll be sure to be booking here, it's great value for money with a central location.

everything is ok, you can borrow an iron too but the lobby in the hallway is hot

The hotel is clean with staff hospitality and assistance. I stay at the hotel during my Schengen visa arrangement at TLS Contact Plaza Indonesia. It is nearby the hotel. I took a walk and it's only 15 minutes. Entering the room is so cozy since it's a ready condition for directly take a rest or doing work. Food variety is very good.
