Staff is helpful. Location is good. The room is a bit small and seems old/damaged, and it makes the room look unclean.

The location in Georgetown is convenient and easy to get around, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and bus stops. The hotel smells nice, and the rooms and grounds are clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable. The hairdryer in the bathroom had weak airflow, but you can borrow one from the lobby. There was some external noise, which wasn't a problem for me. A suggestion would be for the hotel to have a refillable drinking water station.

The hotel room is very nice. The outside area of the hotel is in a very good neighborhood. You can walk very close to Berlys, Blu Mansion, and the important thing is that in front of the hotel there is a Muslim Chinese restaurant, and beside the hotel you can pray Friday prayers at the Bengali Mosque. But for the bathroom, it needs a sliding door that closes properly, and for the staff to tidy the bathroom, I hope it's a regular thing to do to make the bathroom clean.

Husband told me that there was a towel full of long hair when he was using it, making his whole body intact with the long hair. Luckily, every time I go out of town, I bring my own towel. Besides, the bedsheet was dirty. I found blood stains and a few hairs. The pantry area was dusty. Cleanliness needs to improve. Level 2, after coming out of the lift along the main corridor, was still wet even after mopping. Parking was super narrow, especially the entrance/exit. Parking space was limited. The ceiling of the parking was low. Your car boot will hit the pipe if you do not take note.

The accommodation is in a city center location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance of tourist attractions. If you're visiting Penang, I highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice. The room just had a slightly musty smell, not sure why. Check-out time was 12:00 noon.

The front staff was good when they changed my room due to the design of the room layout, which I will stay in for several days. Breakfast is normal and the nasi lemak is funny without chili. But after 4 days of the same breakfast serving, you get sick of it. The housemaid opened the door without knocking

Wifi needs to be improved further..

Staff is very friendly. Early check-in was possible. Check-out time is unusually late. Could leave our luggage in the lobby after the check-out. Our room had no window. The shower was broken. The fridge didn’t work. The AC showed a warning “clean filter“. The room smelled so disgusting. In the next hotel our pyjamas smelled disgusting as well so we had to wash them.

It's close to landmarks and lots of restaurants.

The best budget hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. The price is also very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.
