Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel is located quite far from the city in what appears to be an industrial area, so there is constant heavy traffic noise throughout the day and night. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. Guests come and go at all hours, and many start their day very early. Around 5:00 a.m., you can clearly hear showers running, people walking through the hallways, doors opening and closing, and conversations outside the rooms. As a result, getting a restful night’s sleep was nearly impossible. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax or sleep well, this may not be the best choice.

Poor customer service walking in but other than that this is very comfortable nice stay for business or quick trips.

I was attacked by a pack of 7 stray dogs in the parking lot of this property. One of them bit me in the ankle. Angel Moreno at the front desk arranged a cab for me to visit a doctor at the urgent care center when I told him what had happened. He was truly an angel, given I was in a new town and did not know anyone there. I will now have to get 4 rabies shots, which I will take as soon as I return to the US. Edwardo Moctezuma, the night manager, was useless. He made no attempt to help in any way. The management is aware of the dog problem but claim that the authorities have not done anything to remove them. THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

This hotel didn´t have water the 2 nights I stayed there, so the front desk promised several times the water will return on time. never happen, so I stayed 2 nights without taking a shower

The property is nice, clean, dinner perfect breakfast has a nice selection at the buffet but the food is not warm enough. we stop twice a year at the hotel and we forget about it so we need to remember and order a la carte

Hotel is okey BUT only one place to take a dinner and very expensive prices.

I have used this hotel as my “mid-point” stop-over when I visit family in central Mexico. First stayed in early 2020, and twice yearly trips since. Ten trips, twenty stays. This hotel is very well located, just a mile off the main highway. Very quiet, very secure, and the showers are to die for. Very clean.
