Superb location close to the lagoon but away from the smelly bit (lagoon smells of sulphur as you go south) close to good dining options, relaxed feel. Rooms were clean and spacious, well serviced. Bar on site for a nightcap.

This is like home to me. The staff was lbetter than family. They were amazing . The food was amazing . The staff is so helpful and I want to live here. The best vacation ever. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Could do with a porter to assist needy tourists.

The property was in nice shape and the staff was friendly and professional. But our room was not in good shape, we were given a smaller bed than promised and mechanicals were worn. The shower curtain was missing and we could not take a decent shower.

Our stay was good besides the entry card to our room was not working

There was no hot water during the time I was there. No communication was sent out to inform the guests that there was a problem with the boiler. I had to complain a few times and only on the day I was leaving I was told what the actual problem was. At the end the manager gave us discount on our stay. Great location and beautiful views.

Hotel is very nicely located, at the end of the bay, offers a nice area to walk or run (up to 8K) and observe the pelicans, sun set and more.

No complaints other than noisy neighbours in the next room and the non-delivery of room service.
