Good strategic location Breakfast is ok

Breakfast was from 6-10, but after 8, eggs were no longer available. Refills took too long, and it seemed they hadn't prepared in advance for the large number of guests. All the food was gone, so we had to wait a long time, and some people didn't even get breakfast.

Stayed one night for an event. Close to the Diponegoro University campus. The room and bathroom were clean.

Friendly staff, fast check-in. Clean rooms.

Check-in time is too rigid, must be later than 14.00.

On the second day, the clean water did not flow for an hour and there was no notification from the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because it's close to the UNDIP campus. It's comfortable, clean, and the staff is friendly. However, during my stay, I was a little disturbed by the sounds of repairs/renovations. The menu was rather basic.

They have a pretty good mattress where I get to sleep really well. The only minus is the bathroom that doesn’t have a hand shower, but price-wise, it’s a very good deal.

This is my second time staying here on a business trip. It's close to the toll road, the room was clean, and the water was hot. I'll be staying here again on my next business trip ^^

Starting from the dusty TV remote, dirty electric kettle, yellow bathroom floor and walls that are rarely cleaned.

When I entered the room, it smelled burnt and I was moved to another room, saying it was full. I didn't pick up my phone/it was slow to respond, the shower was broken, the sink faucet was broken, there was no refrigerator, the room was quite spacious for a double bed, and the car park was small. I didn't have time to try breakfast, but when I returned from the event at Undip, breakfast was already finished.

Hi, fwenss. Honestly, I didn't expect to get a cheap hotel near Uncip. The amenities are quite okay and the room is clean. The view from the room is also directly to the main road and the mountain. Ambiance/Facilities: very good. Food: -. Staff Assistance: very helpful. Highlights: the water heater is really good haha and there are lots of plugs. Price: cheap. Location: quite strategic, especially for those who have activities at Uncip, it's very close.

We stayed here while taking our kids to the UTBK exam at Diponegoro University (Undip). The location is very close to campus, and there are lots of food stalls in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, making it comfortable for the kids to study. The staff are friendly and always greet us. Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant still needs improvement, both in terms of variety and taste. Yesterday, everything was salty, so in the end, we could only eat sliced fruit, which was neutral.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted warmly and given an explanation of our room. Everything was neat, tidy, and clean. The service was also excellent and competent. By the time we left and returned that evening, our room was tidy and tidy, and our towels and toiletries had been replaced. The room rate includes breakfast for two people. Since there were four of us with children, I added an extra bed that included breakfast for one person. The total free breakfast was three. During breakfast, I paid for one additional bed for Rp 75,000, but after paying, many of the menu items were empty/sold out. I asked for a refund, but the restaurant staff refused. In my opinion, additional breakfast costs are allowed, unless the breakfast is already included in the room rate. Strange rule.
