The address provided in advert was wrong. We eventually ended up coz the taxi driver knew and was nowhere near the centre. We actually booked for 2 nights (for stay before and after going to Salalah). But after first night we cancelled the next booking because the hotel was in the middle of nowhere though close to airport (in map). We nearly lost flight coz taxi could never find our location. Also, wasted a lot of time waiting for taxi or getting dropped off.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Though the hotel looked really old and felt like staying in an old apartment of an old building. Lots of damaged things, such as the door handles, curtains and the safe didnt work. Called for help with it but no one showed up. Breakfast was below average with flies around.

Location is close to the airport. A little hard to find the road. Room was huge, bed has comfy. Would recommend

Great affordable close to your airport if you have a car. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

Good value, you definitely need a car, and be sure not to get a room on the one side of the hotel directly adjacent to another building as those rooms are very dark.

Good for the price I got this stay. U need a car because there is nothing around the hotel. Parking is free. Comfortable bed.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. Very hospitable staff and catered for all our needs. All Food served was of top quality standard. Very clean and slept comfortably. I would definitely recommended as they went above and beyond!

Close to the airport. Hard to get to, so rent a car instead of taking a taxi. Nothing nearby to walk to so again rent a car. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed. I would stay again if necessary.

Nice and comfort

Reasonably clean and big room. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Some taxi Drivers has difficulty finding the hotel as it is relatively new.

Fantastic all round, just one thing, the hotel is located on a remote side and away from the town, but the way Oman and especially Muscat is developing, I'm sure in no time it will be pretty busy all around.
