For the price paid, it's quite a steal! It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo) A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage.

Mattress of a bed is old. There are 3 beds. I might pick wrong one.

Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation and the tremendous amount of food morning and evening with an exceptionally courteous and smiling reception staff and food caterers I would highly suggest people stay here and ignore the oldness and and some of the areas in the bathroom some mold because equality of the dinner and breakfast is beyond belief and it is free for a small room price! Thanks staff!

Staff here make a good hotel better. Front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. This hotel was a good value and an excellent location

夕飯と朝食がついていたのはありがたかったです。 自動販売機のアイスクリームが美味しかったです。

当日のお知らせで大浴場が修理中で入らなかったのが残念でした。 化粧品の蓋を落としてしまって探していると、ベッドの下がすごい汚い！！いつから下掃除してない？？と言うぐらい埃の塊でした。見てしまった以上気にならないわけがない。嫌でした。

エアコンが冷えなかった。 猛暑なので、非常に残念。

シャワートイレが使えなかった

部屋がひろかったのがよかった枕元のでんきスタンドがかたむいてるほとんど壊れてる 窓からの外の景色は駐車場のタワーがあるので晴れてるか曇っているか全くわからない

設備はとにかく古くレストランは雨漏り、窓ガラスもひび割れしていた。とにかく安くしたいという方にはいいでしょうがお薦めはしません。

立地場所と朝ご飯は良かったです。
