Liked everything about the hotel and staff especially the spa.

Loved it

Excellent. What a resort! Superb hotel! Breakfast wasn’t as good as the standard of the hotel and the food that was served in the evening. Sausages were not great.

Average quality for the price at best - hotel is new but very little atmosphere - well maintained but little of any positive value in terms of decor and feel

A lovely stay again, spa was excellent, staff excellent.

Arrived early as we planned on coming for a spa weekend. Wasn’t told at time of booking that you would have to pre book the spa, which was now full, so decided to go for some lunch, only to be told that was full and you have to pre book that either, so ended up leaving as without a spa or anywhere to get lunch, it was pointless staying.

WE have stayed at this property many times and always enjoy our stay. The allocated room was an accessible room and not satisfactory for us on this occasion.

We have stayed at the Crow Wood a couple of times and both times we have had a fabulous time. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are no drawers for storage but you can make use of the bedside units. The food was amazing. We had a New Years Eve party there and the food was hot. 5 courses and was spectacular. The breakfast is buffet style and was hot and fresh and plentiful. An amazing night all round.

Lovely hotel, very well appointed and good service. Few minor niggles - lighting and pavement between hotel and pool building could be better and the food was very salty. Only minor though and really enjoyed my stay.

Staff were all fab and really accommodating. Hotel is beautiful, and breakfast was the nicest I've had In a long time.

Delightful

Me and the Mrs had a great 1 night stay here, a lovely modern Hotel all decked out with amazing Christmas decorations. We drank at the bar and had our tea in Wlifred's Restaurant where the food was outstanding, my wife is a fussy eater but the food was cooked to perfection. All of the staff we spoke to we're friendly and helpful and we honestly couldn't find a fault with this Hotel. It was amazing!!!

A beautiful hotel near a beautiful spa -would recommend.

Amazing stay! Beautiful room, great food (very reasonably priced for this level of hotel) and a fantastic spa!! The gym and pool are also top notch as well! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
