Amazing staff amazing rooms and amazing breakfast

Cute, clean properly with a very nice breakfast!

The owner was there and took care of all of our needs. It is a really neat property small but very convenient to the town Square and restaurants all around.

Anna is a delight! She arranged for our key early by text . She called a cab so we could go up to the sacred chapel. She served gluten free food at breakfast. Everything is clean and welcoming. The market is steps away with restaurants and shops. Highly recommend

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is impeccably clean, and every detail in the room setup reflects thoughtfulness and care. When we arrive, the beds were set up so pretty, with towels wrapped in ribbons, coffee and tea ready in the bedroom, slippers, and the bathroom was fully stocked. The breakfast is truly 5-star quality, beautifully presented, freshly made and delicious, and with a wide selection that caters to every taste. The location is incredibly strategic, just steps from the city square, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and close to charming restaurants, the cathedral, the best pizza restaurants, REAL gelato shops, and local attractions. From the room, the view of the snow-capped hills in the background is absolutely breathtaking, like a postcard come to life. What truly made the stay unforgettable was Anna, the owner. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We appreciated her hospitality. Will definitely tell all of our friends and family members. We plan to come back.

Liked the pace. Clean, new, looked after

NicoMat Rooms were beyond our expectations. The building was so thoughtfully renovated - the spaces are beautiful and efficient and we were wishing we had spent another night. It is in the centre of town and close to everything. The breakfast was outstanding - we highly recommend it all!

Absolutely wonderful stay! So cozy and clean. Everything looked newly renovated and beautiful. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer! A charming hotel in an equally charming town.

Fantastic room in the heart of Piazza del Mercato. There’s free street parking if you’re quick and lucky enough to find it. Other street parking is free from 7:30 pm until 8 am. We parked in a parking structure so didn’t have to worry about moving the car. Paid about 5.50 euro per day. Breakfast was awesome. Anna was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I have traveled to many boutique hotels in Europe and this just may be the best one ever. You are right in the historic center of Domodossola - the area is even listed as a museum. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is great. It is also a short walk to anywhere in town and only six minutes from the train station. If you’re going to be staying in Domodossola stay here. Quit looking for a better place because you won’t find one.

Lovely boutique room, so close to the centre of the old town, and easy walk from the station (10 minutes and this with luggage on wheels). Breakfast 8-10, well presented, nice breakfast in charming room. Our host, Anna, was terrific- easy check in, had already advised on best way for us to get from Domodossola to Milan/Malpensa airport when departing so we had out bus tickets booked and so easy transfer to the airport (bus from station, direct), and she provided all assistance requested. As we needed to leave early, she provided early breakfast, and then offered to drive us to the station- we didn’t need this but lovely offer. Domodossola a remarkable little town, Saturday markets take over the town, and bars, restaurants buzzing. We had great meals and wines, and the stay at NicoMat made it all so accessible with great host. And the train from Locarno to Domodossola a must!

Great spot for Domodossola stay, short walk from station with luggage (on wheels, easy walk down Main Street). Right around from market piazza- markets, bars, restaurants, historic town centre etc. Anna so helpful in all respects, nice breakfast included.
