The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't extensive. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were also clean, with bidets. The location is convenient to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, the Monorail, and the MRT stations.

Located in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from TRX. The staff and receptionists were polite. The only issues were that the room smelled strongly of sewage and had poor soundproofing.

The room and beds are clean. Some parts of the bathroom grouts are brownish yellow. The shower gel is watery and one of the towels is raggedy, but it can easily be asked to be changed. The location is a bit of a walk, but still okay. The walls are thin; you can hear people even clicking the light switch, closing doors, and talking.

My regular place to stay in Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang area. Walking distance to TRX, Pavilion, and Bukit Bintang. The main advantage is the price, which is affordable, ranging from RM120 to RM180 depending on your arrival date.

The hotel staff was quite responsive and friendly. There was a welcome drink and a tasty and varied breakfast. The location is a bit dark, though, and requires a bit of walking, as it's about 800 meters from the MRT. The hotel's ambiance is fine, but it's not soundproof, and noise from outside and the hallway is quite noticeable.

Friendly receptionist 🤝. Breakfast variety & taste is lacking in my opinion. Location 👍 easy access to Bukit Bintang, Imbi and so on. Rooms are not soundproof, if the soundproofing quality is improved it will be more comfortable. Free flow drinking water service directly 👍. Thank you Jhotel.

This is my first time staying at J Hotel by Dorsett. The hotel's location is very strategic to TRX Mall and Pavilion KL, within walking distance. The hotel staff are very great and helpful. My con is that the room walls are not very soundproof. I can hear children crying from the next room and also water sounds when someone uses the toilet.
