It's quite comfortable, close to Alfamart, so it's easy to get to anything you need. It's just a short walk to Aeon Mall and also a short walk to Sentul traditional market.

Hotel staff did not help when having difficulty getting in the elevator, the water in the room was off.

The hotel staff was friendly. The facilities weren't great. It was cheap, though. The walls of the room were covered in moss. There was trash from sanitary napkin wrappers on the sink. The TV wouldn't work. The room was very dusty.

I've stayed at this apartment twice. The experience was the same... Both were dirty, even though they were in different units. Lots of dust, trash under the bed, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned... I was itchy after staying there. Really disappointed with the cleanliness.

When we arrived, the spray was dusty and dirty, it smelled musty like the room had not been occupied for 1 month, the lights were dim, there were 2 room lights but only 1 was working, the walls were dirty, there was no soap or toothbrush.

The AC and TV remotes are dead so it's hot.

The room floor is not mopped. The sheets are dirty, the bed is uncomfortable and it falls apart when you sleep on it. It doesn't match the one in the photo.

When checking in, we were asked for additional payment directly because the price listed in the app had not been updated. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was flooded with rainwater from outside. The bed was dirty with sheets that felt like there was sand and dirt. The towels provided were smelly.

The room is nice, clean, soundproof, cold AC, TV too, Water Heater works well. Only towels and toiletries are missing.
