Unique is the food - full Jamaican breakfast and the dinners were satiafying with all the confort food of home. We opted for a Junior suite with a balcony and it did not disappoint. Only con was the long walk to the room but only because my 78 year old mother was with us. Otherwise all good and would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and would book this resort again. Very clean and well looked after everywhere. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Great location with beach across the road! Range of food choices is great. For the price I would most definitely recommend. No complaints.

They made my birthday extra special and activities at night. My room didn’t have a phone and the room has no drawers to put your clothes away. Basically living out of a suit case for the week and I don’t like that.

The entire staff was excellent. They were very attentive, helpful, engaging and professional. The event/activity “hostess with the mostess” (Loretta) was brilliant. She was engaging, fun, entertaining, and instrumental in making the experience memorable.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Alexia (loved you so personable) and Deirdre, Lauryn front desk superb lovely ladies. Shout out to Dexter. Great omelette and engaging with patrons you can't complain even if you tried. Shout out to Rain and the seared steak. I'm sorry I can't remember the hostess name, I think it's Maureen or Maxine. She is a hostess in the evening that wears a red shirt and has short blonde hair. Absolutely lovely. Lastly to Jay the shuttle driver. Oh my goodness. I wish I had taken the shuttle sooner on my trip with him. So engaging and personable. I'll be back to use your service to get to all the attractions I didn't get to this time. Thank you for letting me know that it is not only an airport shuttle.

The people were amazing, room was super clean and the view was awsome, but the food was horrible and no change at all

Service good, staff friendly. Clean environment. My only problem was the Wi-Fi. Internet very poor. They need to upgrade on the internet. Apart from that all is well

Some places in the hotel needed renovations and new furniture however I will continue to staying there because the service is excellent , all staff members that I came in contact with are awesome especially dining room and front desk.

This place is only for young adults traveling in groups or older adults who desire to live the fast don't care party life. The staff was friendly and helpful more so after we asked for a refund to leave. If you are traveling alone this is not a place for you. I am on the process of trying to receive my refund now. I didn't stay there 1 hour, i didn't feel it was a place for me. They offered all assistance to accomodate us after we told them we were leaving none before when we asked to be close together. The pictures online are a cimplete fake. That is not the place you will get. Be careful.

Everything was good.

The rooms and bathroom weren't very clean. The tub fell up with water when we tried to take a shower. They tried to fix this about 3 times, and it only reduces a little but never fixes the problem.

Nice. Bit outdated. Sheets were dirty. Buffet was good. Great location
