This was my first time in Hue and I stumbled upon a hotel right in the city center that was perfect. The rooms were brand new, exactly as pictured on the booking app. The staff, from the receptionists to the security guards, were all attentive and welcoming. Plus, because I arrived on a Thursday morning, I was able to check in earlier than expected without any extra charge. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable and didn't cause any back or neck pain. The daily breakfast buffet was varied, with only a few signature dishes, and very delicious. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose Senna Hue again! ;)

The staff were friendly, helpful with early check-in, provided recommendations, and frequently checked in to assist. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied, with many choices. The garden and rooms were beautifully designed and relaxing, and the swimming pool was kept very clean. This is my second time here and I still absolutely love it; I will definitely come back.

🌸Hotel Senna is very suitable for our family vacation during our stay here. The hotel is located in the center of Hue, near attractions such as Hue Citadel, Trang Tien bridge, incense village, tea alley... There are many amenities such as swimming pool, spa..., behind the reception is a garden area with green areas. The flowers and leaves are very beautiful. Spacious room, clean, city view, convenient. Friendly staff, attentive service. The food is cooked frugally, although not much, but quite satisfying (depending on the taste of each guest and each region). However, the soundproof doors of the bathroom and balcony are still noisy🤨 Overall Senna hotel is still an ideal location🌸

Dịch vụ rất tốt. Nhân viên cực thân thiện. Phòng sạch sẽ và nhân viên còn hỗ trợ check-in sớm. Đồ ăn sáng tuy không quá nhiều nhưng khá ngon. Bể bơi đẹp. Vị trí thuận lợi đi đến các địa danh tham quan. Nói chung tôi rất hài lòng về kì nghỉ này, nếu quay lại Huế chắc chắn sẽ ở Senna.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff are enthusiastic and happy, helping guests to upgrade their room for free. The location is extremely convenient to visit Truong Tien Bridge (7 minutes walk), Dong Ba market, the citadel (10 minutes grab), alley tea, rice pot restaurant... The new room is nice, clean, extremely spacious. , a glimpse of the garden, around the hotel there is always soft music. Swimming pool works until 9pm, clean, no smell. Good, varied breakfast food even though we came in the middle of the week. The first time I came to Hue thanks to the staff here, I had a great experience. I will definitely come back when I come to Hue
