It was a nice and clean hotel, 100% recommended

Room was ok toilet had to hold the flush handle down to flush it and water drainage was slowed, brekafast was cookies and coffee that burned and tasted old and the swimming pool was closed due to high algae all i was told by staff is all you have to do is not swim the river or pond is worse and people still swim there.

The hotel is in major need of a facelift! Everything was just run down. The staff was nice. Breakfast was not tasty or much to choose from. The a/c did work fine. It was definitely not worth almost $120 a night....maybe $50 and I'd say you get what you pay for. :)

Friendly staff, everything very comfortable

We only stayed overnight but it was pleasant. They have more of a suite feel with a microwave, work desk, eating area, sink and dishes for use. Complimentary bottled water was nice. I like the 24 hr. Security measures so our vehicle was safe. It would have been nice to have English TV options if I was there longer term. Overall good value.

My stayed at Metrohotel it was very pleasant and comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel for many years the hotel is very convenient because is closer to the aeropuerto. Lately the property has been deteriorate maybe is a new owner. I love ❤️ the service, the food and the location

Place was nice and breakfast was quite good. Shower water was cold but other than that I’m quite pleased.

Water was not clear at the sink and tub. Best thing it was Close to the airport and customer service. Hotel requires maintenance and didn’t like anything else.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing — 10/10 service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional, which really stood out. However, for how expensive the room was, it felt very basic. There was no fridge, and the room itself was quite simple for the price. Overall, great staff, but the amenities didn’t quite match the cost.

Its a functional property near the airport. The rooms and corridor smell musty due to swimming pool in the hotel.

The smoke alarm looked very outdated. Also the toilet bowl was stopped up. The bed was hard as a rock. I don’t know if it’s because I’m from the United States but I’ve traveled a lot. This wasn’t a reservation plan. last minute delay flight state

This hotel is very convenient as it is the closest to the international airport and perfect location for those early flights (mine was 430 am). The staff is super helpful and arranged airport taxi at a moments notice at 3:00 am when my scheduled (day before) Uber driver was a no show. Good AC. Not any restaurants within convenient walking distance but the hotel staff will arrange that as well. Rooms are clean.

I really enjoyed the friendliness and cleanliness from the staff. The food was also delicious every single morning. They were attentive to provide clean towels and sheets.
