Some staff were very helpful and the others not so much.

Yes, breakfast room was clean and she was perfect. I think I was the property on the side which I had fell. I had an accident and scrape my knee but a pat from all that everything else was good because they were doing construction in the front so we had to go through the side door.

Très bon séjour, certes les chambres auraient besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement car les équipements sont un peu usés mais rien qui gâche le séjour. La chambre a été nettoyée parfaitement tous les jours. Le personnel est très agréable et aidant lorsque l’on a besoin de renseignements. L’accès aux différents sites avec la navette est très pratique. Emplacement idéal si on souhaite manger, faire quelques courses, retirer de l’argent. Arrêt de bus tout proche pour aller se balader. Excellent séjour.

Breakfast was wonderful

Bay Gardens inn is a very nice place and the area is perfect, the only thing that’s needed is some upgrade to the rooms. I’ve been traveling to St. Lucia for years now and have stayed there many times. The shower needs an upgrade, the face basin needs and upgrade. The tiles needs and upgrade the toilets need and upgrade. I think they need to take off the shower tub and just have walking showers which would make it so much better for one with a wheelchair. Other than that Bay gardens in is a very good choice and the buffet breakfast is very very very good. The service from the staff is priceless. They have excellent teamwork and I will be back again.

The pool is clean and enjoyable for swimming laps. I often had the pool to myself The room was kept clean. It had a small but effective refrigerator and microwave. Glasses, plates and silverware were useful and cleaned for me after use. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was bountiful, consisting of fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, cereal, pastries and delicious coffee I haven’t tried the bar yet The neighborhood is convenient with a mall with supermarket and small, friendly bars and restaurants. I enjoyed the Bay Gardens so much, I decided to stay another week!

Clean room and very friendly staff, however, there seems to be a shortage of towels, one needs to request either a face towel, wash rags and bath mats. Shampoo/hair conditioner dispenser does not work. The customer service representative was just amazing. She is an asset to Bay Gardens.

Spacious rooms, great location

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very good, however, the room was very tired and worn. Although the room was clean and tidy, the furniture was old, the safe was broken and the bathroom door would not close properly due to a broken hinge. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. With some renovations, the inn would be very nice due to its location and the amicable staff.
