Esta bien ubicado

There is a need for maintenance, the room assigned didn’t have proper security, the latch was missing and the tiles needed cleaning. Also, the hotel was hosting some events and there was only one elevator working while the other was been installed. Food was ok, nothing special.

Staff and room were fine. When they have a full hotel the water is not hot. Nice restaurant. Otherwise really like the hotel for the price.

However, the staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful, which is the only positive point. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to everything. In addition, they should replace the fire alarm battery in the hallway. The alarm kept beeping throughout the night and caused me serious discomfort and concern.

Un hotel muy recomendado, su limpieza es impecable, el servicio es cordialmente excelente, la comida del restaurante Vitrales es un éxito, desde que ingresas, todo es nítido.
