I booked a hotel through an app, the picture did look luxurious and nice but when I entered the room it was big but the ceramic floor had many cracks and it made a scary sound when I stepped on it, the bedroom was dusty and smelled musty, finally my husband who is allergic to dust had a relapse, the room needs to be renovated, don't offer it to consumers yet because the price is quite expensive but the condition is bad, the large bathroom has no hot water and the bathtub is also dirty

Air mandinya bau, kunci kamar mandi rusak, katanya ada security tapi ga ada, breakfastnya hanya nasi bungkus tanpa air minum dengan alasan yang masak pulang kampung, kamarnya bau apek, dan dinding tempat tidur berwarna kuning kotor. Untung saya pesannya deluxe, tak bisa bayangkan kalau pesan dengan tipe kamar yang lebih tinggi. Lebih sia-sia uang saya, tak sebanding dengan pelayanan hotel.

Lokasinya strategis karena di tengah-tengah pusat kota dan saat malam mudah untuk aksesnya, kalo mau ke masjid agung bisa jalan kaki karena tidak jauh dari hotel. Harganya juga terjangkau banget dan fasilitasnya sesuai deskripsi, rekommended untuk tempat istirahat, karena nyaman seperti di villa. Pelayanan yang di berikan sangat puas staf ramah-ramah, hanya saja sarapannya masih menggunakan nasi kotak tapi nasi rasanya lumayan cocoklah, hal kebersihannya cuma di taman belakang aja sedikit kotor seperti sampah-sampah daun kering. Kalo untuk lahan parkiran lumayan luas untuk tamu bawa mobil pribadi, suasana depan dan belakang pekarangan hotel luas termasuk taman-taman di sekitarnya. Sisi keamanan baik di kelilingi pagar, pokoknya puas next time bakalan nginap di sini lagi bareng keluarga karena memang tempatnya se worth it itu.
